This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from solstice-ag.myshopify.com (the “Site”).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Row Ag shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to any unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or alteration of your information resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to breaches or failures by third-party platforms such as Shopify, payment processors, or hosting providers.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

DATA RETENTION We keep your Order Information for our records unless you ask us to delete it.

SMS COMPLIANCE
No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. SMS opt-in is voluntary and used only for communication relevant to your order or preferences.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF DAMAGES FRONT ROW AG PROVIDES ALL SERVICES “AS IS” AND MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING SECURITY OR PERFORMANCE OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONT ROW AG’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS POLICY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FRONT ROW AG, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT.
